Operations: Our green hotel in Seattle sees that our employees participate in and be educated about proper recycling, efficient use of water and energy, understand environmental and energy stewardship and follow suitable Energy Star guidelines.
Facility Management: The necessary tools are provided and proper assistance given to each of the facility managers at our environmental hotel in Seattle. Benchmarking through Energy Star guidelines is in place and any repair or replacement of property systems dutifully pursued if the company’s established benchmarks and goals are not being met with the present systems.
Purchasing: The 360 Hotel Group management encourages purchasing of products that have been demonstrated to provide appropriate stewardship to our environment and meet functionality requirements where applicable.
Education: 360 Hotel Group supports the property budgets to include adequate training to indoctrinate our employees in fully understanding their participation in this commitment to our environment.
Benchmarking: Areas of benchmarking include Energy Use, Waste reduction/recycling and water consumption. Each eco friendly Seattle hotel / facility ensures proper maintenance goals and benchmarks are pursued per Energy Star Portfolio Management guidelines where applicable.

- Have amenity dispensers in bathtub or shower
- Guest option to re-use towels
- Guest option to re-use bed linens
- Guest room showerheads are 2.5 gpm
- Have established on/off schedules for energy controls
- Have established programmable guestroom thermostats
- Installed double-paned or other windows insulation
